seriously, you should find someone to buy it for you then refund him, because I dont think you can find that easily if you are not in China and you dont have chinese bank account, its not in blizzard interrest to sell these card abroad.

Still, you can try in your local chinatown, who knows..

the wang ba's use a website to buy time. can anyone help me remember the URL? at that site, if you have someone help you read the chinese, you might be able to buy with a visa credit card. I think that it's BT goto game or something like that. Ah yes, http://www.gotogame.com.cn/cybercafe/ it might only be for cybercafes, though. You can try it out. as far as I know, it's the only way to buy time in the game without buying a physical card (something that I've never actually done, i always have someone buy it for me at a wang ba through this website). The only other option is to contact The9 directly (passport.th9.com)
Hope this helps.... of course, if you are going to play on server 2 with us (!), i might be willing to do somthing through paypal, as i still have an american bank account. I can accept payment from anywhere in the world, but I have to pay a small fee on it. If you cover the paypal fee and the currency difference, we can see...

I pay at the front desk of the wang ba. I just give them cash. They have an account at the website, so they use their money, and I reimburse them with cash. That's how everyone here (the chinese) buy time in the game. As for payment, what country would the money be coming from?

after doing the calculations on fees and currency conversion, I would make it an even 5 dollars per card. If you are in America, maybe a bit less. If you're interested, I can buy some for you. I would also need to know your server number (1-7), and your WoW username. I don't believe that i need to know your password, though. Send me a PM if you want to buy them this way.
