• Buy a reload card

Go to the place where you bought your first WoW card that you used to get your CD key.

• Sign in

Go to this page to sign in your account:
https://passport.the9.com/payment/ctl_payment.php?action=method&sSiteCd=WOW

• Reload your account

- choose the payment method: normal card, bank, cybercafe, bank again, another type of card. The method to reload here is only done with a normal card that you can find in kiosks (first choice top left. Second link).

- you will surely be asked to sign in if it's not done yet. Enter pseudo, password and repeat the picture you will see.

- write the security code on the picture first, then the digits that you find on the back of your reload card, after having scratched the grey parts.

- choose the realm you want to reload in. (IMAGE NOT UPDATED, but still useful to show you as it might be quite similar to what should exist now)

Then again, it's just a question of validating everything.

Hey all,

I'm back with problem again. My 60 hour account expired in 4 days, even tough I played like only 3 hours a day. Does any one know what happening?

but you're playing regularly right? Cause it is automatically deleted after a year without playing.
Otherwise... I'd say you've been hacked... You can ask help from blizzard to get it back, but with the language barrier, it's gonna be hard.

No, I bought card 5 days ago and playing 4 days only.
May be I'll try differnt card again and will see what happens

it's because of a problem with our modified clients. If you are using a foreign client, you must do this:
1. exit the game from your foriegn client.
2. log in with the chinese client
here is where i'm not sure if you have to do it or not. i haven't tested...
3. enter the world
4. log out using the chinese client.

by not sure, i mean that maybe just being at the character screen is enough to tell the server that you're not in the game anymore, but i don't know. i also had the problem when i first started of my money going out the window, but this definitely fixed that. The english client will not log you out of the game. If you log out with it, the server will think that you are still playing as you sleep.

what do you mean by psudo on the first two lines ?? like account name and password or what??

The wowchina.com payment website has changed a lot. I did a lot of guess work, and I think I added my sufficient value card to my account properly. But if someone could redo the screenshots and instructions here, it would be MUCH appreciated!

you know when you choose the way of payment there is a display and pig with money(moneybox). it's the only way (internet cafe) i think. but yesterday i've payed 30 RMB and my account still doesn't load... too bad.
has anyone figuired out yet?
