it's supposed to be the startup area for the Death Knights. You should pray that they find a way to implement this hero class into chinese WotLK version. Pretty coloful and entertaining quest series.

you'll meet some important heroes like Arthas or Morgraine with his Ashbringer (and yes - it whispers to you!) and some guys from the classic wow naxxramas like razuvious and patchwerk...

you'll start as a servent of arthas and cut your way through the living

damn! Death knight noob park exit opens directly to the Tyr's Hand!! That's kinda harsh!

That brings up the question of the skills: do they need to up all their way from 0? or do they begin with some basic skill level? because in EPL, herbalism and mining skills requires some 250+ skills to be effective

On EU Servers you require at least 1 character to be lvl 50 or above. then you can roll on DK starting also at lvl 50. concerning the professions and other skills than hand weapons you start at 0.

you also dont have any skill points for the specc at the beginning. you gain them by completing the quests in tyrs area. you'll be through with it around lvl 55 - then you get skill points by reaching the next lvls (as usual).
