For the people who used Chinese ids found on the internet you guys should be careful because if the id you entered doesn't match up to the name you entered your won't be able to play wow. To check log into your bnet account and next to your email on the right there should be text in a yellow box that states if it worked or not. There are 3 things that can show there and they go along the lines of:

身份证已验证：大于18岁 Your id and name match up and your over 18 years old and you can play as much as you want.
身份证已验证：小于18岁 Your id and name match up but your under 18 years old and can only play 3 hours a day, after 3 hours all character attributes are reduced by 50% until the next day
身份证验证失败 id and name don't match up and you won't be able to play

If you haven't made an account yet make sure that when you do use an id that's above 18 years old and use the name on the Id.

If you already screwed up and it says it failed then you will have to contact netease via phone/email and tell them to change it giving them proof via photograph/scan of the id

Muhan the thread is not about how many account you can link to your battlenet.
It's saying that if you were using a random ID card number and not using the real owner's name of the ID card when creating your battle.net account YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO PLAY WOW ON YOUR OLD ACCOUNTS, EVER, unless you contact Netease and find a way to prove that you are the owner of the ID you used...

Why u want create such a important thing, as a battlenet acount, with a fake ID. For the guys with girlfriend or wife it should be easy.
But for you singles it's also easy go get a real ID.
It is still Wednesday and you guys still have some hours time until Blizzard opens their doors again.
So take some money, and go to your local bar street this evening. Their are many ID cards running around. Grab one of the beauty ID card holders, move with them to the next hotel, and during they take shower before they want serve you their service, check their handbag and you are a prowdly owner of a nice ID card.

Be aware, that during the time when you get shower, the Ex ID card holder becomes a prowdly owner of all you money.

And pray that she doesn't carry a fake ID...

It's not really the new politic of the ID who pisses me, it's the fact that a lot of people already created their battle.net account without knowing it... makes me sad

No they won't because they entered the number of a legit ID without owning it and that's called stealing an identity. So now unless they send a scan or photo of the id card they used(they probably don't have this of course), they will never get their account back.

Btw sorry for my early response Muhan I read your question a little too fast and thought you were asking if you could put multiple th9 account in a battle.net.

So for your ID question yes you can use one ID to create multiple battle.net account.

hey netease my account got hacked and some one is trying to get access to it, here is my leg. chinese id card.

Chinese ID cards have the name of their owner on them. The name of the owner of your battle.net acount and the ID card must match.

i understand that this has nothing to do with the initial setup back in the9 days, the ID i used there the girl is long gone.

I'm pretty sure I used my friends wifes ID to setup my battlenet account but i would have used my name ofc.

SO....I would just have to ask her nicely to call netease and possibly email a scan of her ID card?
