Ok, i have a wow account, and it's been BANNED. I'm not sure what caused it, to my knowledge i have done nothing against the ToU. Would renaming files to make it run with skeleton.exe be against the ToU? that's the only thing i can see out of the ToU :S i have not bought gold, have not used bots,mods,hacks, i leveled my owne character, so i'm not sure why im banned. Please, help me! i spent a lot of time on that account. Would going to ZAM,GLR and KLZ every cooldown be against the rules?

Where did u get ur ID card?

is it possible you got hacked and then it was banned before you knew it was compromised?

Check what happened if its the ID there are 2 possibilities.
-The original owner claimed it incl. bound account ...your fucked
-The Id was linked with a new BNet account ... then Netease will suspend both accounts until one validates it
Thats the best case for you to fast link a new ID with your BNet account.

There is a post here how to change your B-Net and apply a new ID card (Should be valid this time!) hopefully that can help you.
I did that also in the past and it works.

Did you recieve a Email from Netease then please post the content here. I guess some guys can translate it if your banned or suspended or what so ever.

and if you tell us where you got your Id from could help too. Once I got banned, and I was using a legit ID. Actually was because one of my alts I was using for bank slots had the name of another char who was reported as stolen.

Its definitely my ID Card... i got it off baidu :$ so errr... the email had nothing of importance, i can read chinese... only thing i want to know is whether 封停 means banned or suspended, the email had NOTHING of importance there. I have just shown it to a chinese collegue. In this opinion it's just blocked, the exact word is closed. (as a door)

I triied to explain him the context and it results that : freezed/suspended something temporary.

guys i have a theory: i was banned the night RIGHT after i topped up, and within the same 15 minutes i topped up my friends account too. So, they had it recorded under one IP address. Now my friend's account is banned too. Could it be that? The fact i topped 2 accounts from one computer?

You topped up a different account to one that is registered to you?

Hmm.. I wonder if this is part of their 'gold buying' prohibition mechanism in work then. Putting time onto someone else's account is probably one of their 'alert' flags. Perhaps therefore your account was just frozen/suspended so that they can get your reason.

If this is the reason though, it's a bit out of order to simply freeze an account - considering it could be being done for a friend (such as this case).

Aoi, ID found on google, baidu are risky to use. You can easily imagine that A LOT of people must be using this same ID including gold farmers.

Now.

If you really wanna find out why, you'll have to contact netease. Best thing would be to find a chinese friend to help you and lend you his chinese ID, and then you explain to netease that you used a random ID found on the net but now want to change it for a legit one.

Bolomas, i find that highly unlikely because i know a lot of people who use Baidu IDs and haven't been banned, only me and that one friend whose account i topped up got banned. Therefore i believe it is their security system seeing one IP address and banning the accounts topped up. Also, i was banned the day RIGHT after i topped up. A bit efficient IMO, considering the reply speed of their customer service... Anyway, i've found a copy of the email.

Yer thats all there is, and by 冻结 i THINK it means its not perm ban, so i THINK im in luck... if anyone can gimme a second, third, fourth, fifth etc. opinion i'd be grateful. (about my IP checker theory)

IMHO, find a new full ID and a chinese guy with some knowledge in wow and then call Battlenet.

Aoi if your theory of ID and IP was true this means that each time a guy is topping his account from a net Cafe he get banned? Or you wouldn't be able to top your account from a friend's computer? See what I mean?

Now there's only one thing who can fix your problem. You contact Netease and see if there's a way to fix your problem. You can pretend nothing about your ID and just send the infos with a scan of it, see what it returns from that.

Or you can also try to do it clean. You find a friend you can trust who agree to let you use his ID, and you tell netease that you had to use a fake number and now You'd like to transfer your account on your friend ID, if they agree.

Either way IDs found on the net are at risk. Imagine that the owner of your ID might have died, disapeared, changed nationality, be sent in prison etc etc.

yes this is possible

a ok couldn't get the question on first try lol. Yeah you can do it I bounded two battlenet to the same ID caus I didn't knew you could have different wow account under 1 battlnet.
Now Now I use a legit ID, both point to the same adress etc. Perhaps if you bind both account to one ID but one is supposed to live in Hainan and the other in Beijing, might get a little dicy
