Hi, My name is Mae, i am kinda new in wow but start loving the game, been playing as blood elf hunter level 16 now
This morning at 8 am Shanghai local time. i wanted to log in but instead of seeing the normal CN1, CN2 and so on, i see only one box to tick and it is called 'development'. However when i tried to tick it and click suggest realm for pvp or normal, nothing came. No realms at all!

What is happening here?

I use the US 3.13 and modify it to play in Chinese server...

I can log in last night without any problem.

Is it because my card needs recharging?

I tried to log into the wow battlenet account but sadly they said the site is down, so if the site is down does that mean the server is down too?

Does this kind of thing happens often? Like site and or server down for maintenance or something?

And btw, it is very strange, in my server i met almost NO foreigners! Where the foreigners go?

Tuesday is maintenance and patch day. Longer down time might mean a patch is being released. Some of the regulars might know if we're getting anything new, they do a great job of keeping the foreign community here up to date and able to play. [Thanks, to all of you!]

If you run out of time, you will get a message that your prepaid time has been used up. You may get a 30 minute warning before that happens, but it can be easy to miss. You can also check your remaining units through your battlenet account, although that won't be useful for you if the site is down now. Cards run around 66 hours if I recall correctly, that should let you estimate how long a card will last if you have fairly regular blocks of play time.

If -- hopefully *when* -- we get the next patch, remember to check the guide you used to patch your files. You won't be able to just auto-update a patched copy of WOW.
