Im also living in guangdong ( foshan,guangzhou )

But im playing on Bronzebeard CN1 ( horde pvp )
The connection is good for me, you should try it since there are more foreigners in CN1 then in CN4

I actually started on Bronzebeard first. I was getting approx 100 ping over there, then I experimented on CN4 and got 30-50 ping. My roommate and I plan on playing at the same time at home so we would prefer a CN4 server as we plan to focusing on PVP
