Can someone please recommend me a good vpn or proxy (are they the same) service to play wow eu from China? (im using MAC)

routes from china to USA are changing a lot. It might quite hard to find a stable service Sad

In the mornings, un proxied I ping as low as 300, and as the day progresses I get a higher ping (5pm in China I go to 800+).
