Hi there buddies, I'm playing my Pally in 夜空之歌 Alliance, my toon name is 吉檀迦利.

Actually, here's a big problem with me: I'm in France but I dont wanna leave taiwan server ( there're my real-life friends & arena parteners ) .

I asked some chinese players( those who live in Europe) about a VPN works not too bad in France, but to tell u the truth, they just seem to be...well, very laggy. Note: The VPNs they recommended to me are all run by chinese companies or individuals.

So I googled and found here, wondering if there's someone can help me by telling some VPN service works well in Europe when connecting to Taiwan server.

Thx 4 reading at first.

BTW: If someone are just playing Ally in 夜空之歌, just add me into ur friend list, I'm always very willing to help ppl in PvP battle or 5ppl instance ( and if u are just looking for a 10ppl or 25ppl icc raid, I guess I can help too )

Holy shit! You live in Grenoble, my hometown.

Instead of playing, you better go out, get beers and hasch then enjoy the sight from La Bastille !!!

For your problem, have you tried the common proxy such as Netpas? Might be enough...

ben... mon tableau universitaire marche pas trop mal avec ça: la pluspart de weekdays on n'a pas trop de chose à faire dans WoW ( on juste raid en weekend ), et après le raid d'après-midi j'ai plein du temps..

I don't know if it's technically possible to use a vpn to get good ping(less than 400) when playing from France to China.
One thing is sure using a chinese vpn won't help because their servers tunnel the connection within China only.
You might see if there's a good transcontinental one, I don't know any, google may. I really doubt you can achieve something better than 400ms with a vpn for such a hudge distance, but it's still worth trying. Keep us informed Smile

I've tried 27(47RMB/Month VIP), totally crappy
and Feixun, sometimes it works well( in morning and evening, lag in afternoon ), best ping I get is around 400
and a VPN bought in taobao.com ( I guess it's called GOC-VPN ), a bit like Feixun, not too bad
I asked the custom support of netpas, they tell me it's impossible directly ( so I didnt buy it )

Here's the VPN service I've already tried.
Now I'm just using an internet connection shared, wondering if the situation will become better when my bank card and cheque book become avaiable ( then I can just but a internet service by myself )

anyway, for ppl who live in mainland of china and play in TWserver, Feixun might be very good i guess.

Not sure if you already solved this problem. if you did, please tell me! I am suffered from the same problem! And if not, maybe you like to try this: http://vpnfree.freebbs.tw/ They offer a free vpn. I haven't used it and I am going to have a try.

I subscribed to a paid VPN account that cost me 60 RMB a month. Only had the time testing it out for a few hours yesterday evening (I live in northwest China connecting via China Telecom) so I can't really tell if it's good enough yet. Most of time I had the green icon falling in between 200-300 ms on average. At times I had a yellow indication for about 300-340 ms before it dropped back down. If this interests anyone that, like me, hates to install a proxy server client and doesn't care about the money, feel free to drop a line and we can be in touch.

This VPN only requires setup via creating a new connection, a feature native to your OS, so you don't need to install any third party software.

hmm...I tried some VPN, some of them are not bad, like wow tunnels(about 400ping), 迅遊(a mainland VPN, between 300~600,sometimes horrible, not very stable), dunno if wow tunnels is enough for you or not.

@chaoscodes, what's the name of ur VPN?

And make sure it's a vpn that is widely used and not something offered by any random private on taobao because I bet it's not hard to sniff your login infos then.

To add one thing I always wondered what nous mean by hash , if I put it in Netherlands language...... I would say I didn't expect that but damn cool.... I am in 
