I got a very wierd problem: I can't wisper in-game to players.
I can wisper to any one who's name is english abc. But anyone who is name in hanzi i can't wisper. It says: "No player named..... is currently playing". Even we are in same team i can't wisper.

Now most of chinese friends thinks that I'm an arrogant ass. Please advise

I have had similar problem in the past, after I added the Naklin-font files I don't think I've experienced it.

the ifrst part is for the fonts.
but as you can already SEE all other player names and what they write, THAT part you already have done.

yet the SECOND part of it, the one about WRITING in chinese, you have not completed yet.
I posted screenshots and everything in the post. if its still not clear, don't hesitate to PM or email me.
its really a 3 minute procedure.


PS: until you fixed it, i recommend you set a /DND <message here> in-game, and in the message aprt you let people know in pinyin or english that you can't whisper them.

Naklins suggestion i appplied 6 months ago when i just started. This weekend I found the problem why i can't wisper in-game to players with chinese name.
I use addons called Cosmos. It has roughtly 25-30 functions. I used about 10 of them but I installed just in case all of them. I found out that one of them shuts down the ability to wisper to chinese players. (i don't know which one. May be the developer was very racist. ). Now i use only 5 functions from Cosmos and 2 functions from Decursive and I'm back to game, with no problem.

i might be able to tell you which one isn't allowing you to /w to chinese names.

Ehhh..I don't know. I just googled it and its first choice. Its Cosmos v.2.0 .... something. I re-downloaded week ago.
