Kikoo all, I have seen two threads related to the self presentation ie. one post for each character. It would be nice to have a thread with high importance level (sticky or annoucement) in which nobody can answer, and which can be modified by mods only:

As we are more and more members (good good good), it's also more and more difficult to know what are the "in game" names of everybody and on which realm they are playing .

So I was wondering if it is possible in the Profil menu of the site (information/preferences.../avatar etc...) to add a new Tab where each of us can put the name and realm of our Alts and then with access to a clean table as for the members list .

I got a look on the new Tab, and as I don't know what that means in terms of web site load or data treatment, (sorry I'm 0 for that kind of thinks), but maybe the 2 main skills are enough as an information (I don't know if other guys are really interested on my cooking level hehe).

It will make the list table more simple.

How to input more than 1 Character?

in the character profile tab, there is a field for server, and thats it.
i am on a completely different server than most of you guys.
would you mind adding REALM besides server? then you can make server a dropdown menu, so people just select 1-7 (region server),
and after that a field for Realmname. I can write mine myself. for servers 4,5,6 i can write all realmnames and if they are PVE/PVP, so you could also create a dropdown for that field, as maybe some people dont know how to write the name in chinese.

but server + realm should be there. i have chars on different servers and realms.

another field should be faction. i know its obvious when seeing the race, but if you have the info in the Database, its good for sorting and filtering purposes.

also tradeskills.... 5??? 2 main skills, First aid (whoever doesn't take it is weird), and then what? cooking and fishing? nevermind

its a good idea already. now all we need is a good output page to see al characters, with some filter options to get a good idea of the available roster.

online times would be nice to have as well (guessed). That way we could know what time people would / should be online. i am quite sure, it "could" could possible to organize some raid even (in which case you never have seen a mage level as fast as me and getting all pre-MC gear in no-time.

It's good but it's not what I was thinking about.

I was thinking about the data base table where if you are, for example, looking for which guildmate has enchanting skill you select Echanting in the table and you get the list of all Enchanters with their enchanting lvl etc...

Thats a very interresting idea, i already thought about that when joining a few months ago. Unfortunately, we dont have such a table.

One way can be to have a subforum dedicated to that, and every of us open a thread with describing what he can do and what he needs to that. Its not the most convenient but already quite helpful. The fact is a few people did state what they can bring in our current forum.

Another way is to everyone fill his personal space in-game, so everyone else can easily see what skills and what lvl (as fas as I know Im the only one to have filled it).

But I admit the best way is to have everyone on one thread, to simplify the searching procedure and will be very convenient. I take care of that asap, its a must-have.


I think first we should also open a private guild bank, in order to keep the valuable items, especially those we cant get good prices at the AH.
I saw some guilds who did that yet, in order not to waste anything.
We can also send directly to the relevant people, maybe less tiresome.


For example, "light feathers" for mages, "fused wiring" for engineers, "fish oil" for shamys (huh yeah we havent shamys), "wildvine" for alchemist (flowers that can be only dropped, if you need and there is no at AH, you are ***ed)

Globuline already added a new Tab in the Profile menu for character informations, but as I'm a 0 in web site isues I dont know if it is possible to make a table and filters based on these informations.

Concerning the item bank, it was also one of my wishes when I joined the guild but as my lvl is still very low to need or to bring really valuable items I didn't mention it yet.

But you are right I think we should have a Guild Treasure (bank) where every one can contribute to equippe the others following certain rules to be defined....

How about having the list on a website? It's also in the projects here. It would be easier to do but we need everyone's information. So if we could try to post for now these info here (ask the others, post yourself, whatever) and then we'll have a table.

Then, a bank would also be a good idea but I'l not sure how to manage that. I guess we need a character with all the bags don't we? And if it's too expensive, we could get a character bank for each class :
warriorbank, priestbank, hunterbank... ^^^with each character a sum of money only dedicated to mounts (these are the only items seriously needed I think, appart from skill materials).

Most of the guilds of the planet doesnt even have one bank so I think 8 racial banks is too much, impossible to manage. Besides I dont think it will be useful since the bank is important only for a few items, not for every craft raw materials. If you are engineer and you need bronze bars, you are to get them by yourself (nom de djiu!). If you need a fused wiring, thats different, its a very rare item of the game (for wonderful crafts).

In fact, the more I think about a bank the more I believe we are not enough professional for that to be effective. It will cost us too much in energy.

Btw I start a read only thread for the skills of everyone. Green and Glob please tell me:
1/ your lvl in the various skill: no need to mention the collect skill; no need to mention first aid and fishing either and mention cooking if the level is above 200 or includes special crafts.
2/ the special crafts you may provide, i.e. the green/blue crafts that you havent learned with your master, but only those learned by dropped recipes.

1/ it is in my rpg page.
2/ it is on the trade and skill section. my tailoring is especially important for warlocks cause I have the arcana dress pattern and my enchanting can finally provide leather enchanting for instance.

GreenMoon is doing Leatherworking but the level is still very low (95) and I'm not able yet to craft valuable items...

Glob and Green, do you need any specific components for your spells? I dont know warlock and druid classes very well so I cant tell which components are not convenient (unlike the components bought at store or warlock shards).

For Druid I need some seeds (Maple for rank 1,Stranglethorn for rank 2, Ashwood for 3 etc...) for the ressurection spell, but I can buy these seeds from the Vendor in big cities, so it's not a problem.

Yeah most of the spells use components that can be sold at the vendor's;

you dont need either for your skill? everything can be gathered easily?

For the moment no, but as I have also a 48 Lvl Druid on NaSaLiAo I know that I will need some components for some quests for leather working like "turtle scales" and "wildvine"...

But when I will be at that level then I will manage to find some help

Well, I need the infernal stone to summon my infernal pet. It's bloody expensive and only found in stores.

Appart from that, nothing really, i'm an enchanter so I mostly need green/blue/violet objects you don't want.
