hi guys after i reading the post i know i must install the english version but i having trouble to find english version CD cause i live in small city ,fujian province putian city betwen xiamen and fuzhou city . i want to know if some of you near of my city can help with the CD or i willing to buy from you guys and send it to my city i will pay the cost ^^

You may try searching online for torrents of the enUS WoW installers.
If you are familiar with torrents it should be easy to find both WoW and TBC installers on the internet. I got my game that way, downloaded both, installed, patched to the latest version and changed the realmlist and i was good to go.
