Guide
First, go to this site http://www.battlenet.com.cn/support/webform.xml?locale=zh_CN

Here you will see a drop-down tab, select 战网 as the first one.
Now, you will have a second drop-down tab. On this one, you will have to select 帐号修复/密保解除

Now, you'll see a big and tiring form. Here's what you got to do:

In the first two boxes, type the e-mail you use for your BattleNet account.
Third box, enter an ID you actually have possession of.
Fourth box, enter an ID you just "have" (Meaning you don't have it and probably got it off the net)
Now, enter the name you used when you created the account and in the other box, the telephone number you used when creating the account.
After this, you have to enter the name on the ID and then proceed onto the next when where you have to enter the phone number of the persons ID.

Now you will see a Choose File option, select it and upload a picture of an ID you physically posses.

Now, submit it and wait. If you've done it wrong or NetEase finds you're lying, you're pretty much screwed and I can't help you anymore.

Additional Notes

1.The Picture You Upload Must Be In Color And High Quality.
2. If You Do Not Have Possession of A Real ID, This CANNOT Be Done.
3. You Don't Have To Send Them The Same ID You Used When Creating Your Account.
4. The Health-Lock Has Nothing To Do With The New Patch.
5. The ID You Used Must Be Used From The Same IP If It's Shared.
6. Your ID Must Be OVER 18 Years Old of Age Or The Health-Lock will NOT Be Removed.

i have the same pb, though im sure i entered a birthdate over 18!!!
and ive been playin for 10hours periods before without getting this message, i really dont understand...could that be related to the previous topic? (netease having pb with the government?) or with the neew patch???

So, you're stuck now too? Yeah, I used to play fine! Just yesterday it didn't stop me when I went well over 3 hours of play time. I know I didn't enter over 18 though. But that wasn't a problem before. My Chinese friend said that they started that a long time ago. Strange it starts now. Anyone else out there have this problem?

ur id card must be 18. if u put id card with below 18 ur screwed.

got use a id card 18 and older. 17 younger have time limit how long u can play. 18 older unlimited access

I used one of my drivers ID card! Hah, he's 23 already. Shouldn't be a problem. Are you sure that's the only reason? Because it's just near physically impossible that that's the reason i'm "Health-Banned" Thanks anyhow~

BCastleBerg, I think you're right. I just did some checks on www.battlenet.com.cn. You see, when you sign in, there's this little orange sort of bar right next to your e-mail. Mine says "身份证验证失败，请联系网易战网客服." Now, I logged into my driver's account and his said "大于18岁" So, it would seem that they're still trying to verify my age on my profile but they've already verified his. However, I used that same ID Card for his account, both my little brothers accounts and my account. Why is this just affecting me then?

Make sure all data u input is correct as on the IDS u use otherwise they dont verify the age

I had the same with my wifes ID when i used my name instead of her chinese name and birthdate !!!

Wait, Stitch, You're saying that in order for it to work I have to use his Chinese name? If so, is there a way to change the ID Number? Where'd I be able to do that?

i heard be try change card number not work. u got use same card number abd name on card. since now ur locked. u must send a scanned id with number and name to netease

Nah bolocks don't worry I messed it up also before!
There is a thred in the forum about how to unban your ID don't remember the detailed name.
It explains how to go to the support page and resend your ID data to netease. I filled out the exact data as on my wife ID incl. Chinese name her birthdate and Id number and submited it after severall hours my status under the account was back to over 18 and legit ID!!!

Not sure why they cought u guys so late maybe because it's too many players!

Check the forum threads for how to unban o reregister ur id and follow the steps.

Mate worst case maybe your driver has a fake id.

I hear today about 3 people having the same problem, guild mate suddenly say he has a smily beside his char with 50%.

i figured out it not ur id. It because ur a new account. Since launch until now we suppose be in beta. no new accounts are suppose be open. Since netease did not obey the law. I think netease trying please GAPP so i think they limited ur time.

I've had my accounts forever and all registered with a valid ID of someone over the age of 18, there are no discrepancies with anything on the iD and I hae 2 accounts bound to the same email. one is OK one is not, the one that is not has a new toon on it....so **** knows whats happening?

Today I didn't get any message in game and battlenet says my ID is over 18, but some other guild mates had the problem and their chars weren't newly created. Really weird...

I beening looking at chinese forums i cannot get a real anwser is somuch rambling.

This what i can get from it. Apprently ur id has not gotten aproval form a governement angency. Do to the sesntivaty of proccess it has be done Hand. Some reason the agency is behind or on vacation because chinese on forum think is sistuation.

I just say its specualation not trying get people hopes up. I think people who sent pictures of id did not need the governement agency to approves it because hard evidnece but i can not be certain.

Also there say all new account that where made when beta start must be frozen.

Here recomendation they say u should send id picture and name to netease to resolve it. not sure it will work. they say 11 different thing can cause ur id go limit access not for certain


But i can be ceratin of one thing all chinese says ur id is not athentic so
anti-addicted kicks in. To get fixed i recommend what i said in above.

Cannot be the anti-addicted thingy, they would have banned me long time ago lol. Perhaps they have noticed that many accounts are using the same ID but IPs are different, could be easy to detect with a database query... who knows

no anti-addictive is a fail safe incase ur id is not authentic or been approved yet. . It has nothing do with you playing alot.

It's something with the patch. I never had the problem before this patch. I use an account that has that child limiting play thing on it, so I'm familiar with it. It only started doing it on my account after the last reset. The ID I used is also over 18.

Guys there is no new patch released yet, it's only preloaded patch that changes nothing.

Don't think because it worked in the past it's not related to your account t set up. If you did follow below things exactly, it will be mostly a bug in the netease system, propably they get more sensitive in case goverment checks their databases as officialy you can only use one Id for one account I mean ip adress.

-bnet account with legit chinese id incl. Original chinese name and birthdate used!
-the Id has to be used from the same ip in case it's shared with another account
-your Id has to be over 18 and verified by you bnet account!

If this is all correct done there should be no problem at all
