Mine still ok, I used same id number as i did first time, i just told them i used my chinese nickname and gave them real name. I still good go.

I dont think its a problem with the ID, cause i used a diffrent ID from the 1st time , and it worked fine =), and i didnt even upload a picture ^^

Might wanna try again , i can give you an ID if you want ..

this is letter says that ur old account is UNBOUND to ur battlenet. U can try binding it again to ur current battlenet.

It just says your account is Unbound becasue someone use the same ID as you to bind his account!! Did you try to create a second BNET account? Is the ID from your girl or friend?

I bound both of my accounts under one ID from my wife.
I dont believe Netease has any access to the previous ID created on the9 account so it might be a misstake or someone sole your ID including the name.

Just bind your wow to the same account again or create a new BNET account.

There must be some kind of conflict.

Many people used in the past illegal IDs from the internet but after using a legal one they can play and have no troubles.

Ask your girl to call the service hotline!! Or Lee to help you

I used the same ID to create two battlenet accounts without any problems yet. Weird thing happened to you.

yep this is indeed weird.
I created 3 battlenet accounts with 1 ID and all are still working.
Hope I dont run into problems...
