Did you create an alt on this account or anything? Just put the name of an alt you created if you can. Otherwise look in the screenshot folder if by anychance you have a screenshot with the name of your char on it.
If none of these two solutions works try to contact netease customer service(you might need someone with good chinese knowledges).

It looks like, it is a nervous shakedown for everybody in the moment. But for a missing char name their is a chance.

If you still have your game installed you should check the following path:

wow-folder > WTF > Account > Accountname > Servername > And here we are

...................... /\this means not "What the fuck"
