Account Creation Failure.

Hello People.
So, I tried creating my new account on batllenet.com.cn and it seems that something is wrong : next to my Account, it is written in chinese : 身份证验证失败，请联系网易战网客服。
They Are telling us to Send an e-mail to netease so they can be able to correct the problem.
But I was thinking about HOW to write that message in chinese ?
Has Anybody tried to send an e-mail to netease?
If yes How was it like?

you can send them a scan of the ID card you were using?

Well It's very complicated.
I used my Cousin's ID and now, She Went in France and got the french nationality. In china you can't have Two nationalities it's either chinese or the other one.
So... She Took the french nationality and her name and id number was erased from the Chinese governement's List.
And now, Her name and her ID isn't registered on the list anymore..
And She Is now in USA And she doesn't have any chinese ID Anymore...

But you already created your battle.net account and linked your the9 to it or you are still trying to create the battle.net account?

I already created it.... And i'm afraid If i don't have the iD, My account wont be recovered. Am i right?

Perhaps you should ask your cousin to help you on this one. Perhaps try to find a friend who can lend you his ID and together with your cousin you manage to send an email explaining the situation, and ask for a transfer on your friend ID... Only thing you can do

get a new valid id card and tell netease that your bad bad cousin wanted to set you up.

Haha, It's ok, I'll start over again. It's not much 28 levels you know.
BUt for people that has a carachter which is 70... that is hard .

Sorry! But i thought it was possible to get it back, I read some other posts and figured out that it was maybe impossible to get my account back so I'm gonna start over again.
