The problem with ID's (According to Eddie) is that if the name you input and the actual ID's name are not the same, then you cannot log into the game.

However, Eddie also submitted a nice guide on how to remedy which I followed and am now waiting for netease customer support to contact me.

Also CWOW is pretty easy to come by, go down to any store that sells any sort of video game and they will certainly have it in stock.

Problem is if you cant read chinese your fked.

I don't know if you can link your Bnet and you WoW account together with a new ID (i mean, not the one you used for you WoW Account).

But if you want to create a new account, then you can find an ID card and its picture on the net but...GOOD LUCK !

Some friend of mine told me : it doesn't work like that i think.

He told me this when i told him i will have to scan his ID and send it to Bnet to "Save" my second account.

In chinese servers, lvling is quite easy. First u level ur char to lvl10, then u find people to take u to Deathmine and level to lvl15 or 16. This would cost like 8G per time. Then in Stormwind prison, u upgrade urself to 20 or more. Also cost like 8-10G pertime.
If u reach 27, u can go the dungeon outside Undercity, Sanatay something and lvl ur char to 45. That's right, lvl45. Also 30-40 per hour. In lvl45, u have two options:Zul'Ferak or Straholme. Normally it's 45-50 in zulferak and 50-55 in Straholme. It takes more in lvl40+ dungeons but the course is fast.
U may find paladintanks or icemages to take u to normal Shattered Hall for the rest 15lvls and approximately 800G will make u lvl70.
This is a very mateure industry chain in chinese servers.

you're right lee, you can lvl up fast, but if you start on a new server you mostlikely will not have the gold and not everyone is keen on buying gold.
but if you could join a guild, then they could help you, the way you explained, just without the gold

or you can sell a few game cards for 2300G each

A mage in my SW raid also helped some guys to Outland FBs, crazy AOE
So yeah, as I said Nous, this is not 100% sure, but if I reroll it would be more likely on a PvP server
