i but updating my GB version wow, from 3.0.1.8847 to 3.0.2.9056 but when i double click the patch it said this:

Patch can't be applied because it is missing data for: "enUS". If this problem persists, you may be able to solve it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (SetLanguage)

can anyone help me to solve this problem?

you should first of all move your CWOW folder from its original spot to a different drive. Then delete CWOW folder from Start-> programs. Run your English wow once so your system makes that WoW as a default one. Try running your patch again after you've done all of this.

Lee the problem is you have an European English version and you are trying to update it with an American English patch. I know it s weird but it doesn't work. Best is you use the automatic update and take care to not update past 3.1.3, or you redownload the patches but enGB this time.

Hi lee. Did u Start the Game and the Downloader have Download the Patch? If Yes u have to copy the Patch into the english wow Folder by Hand. There is always à conflict if u have the original China and english Client installed together.

Check under c:/documents settings/ aplication/Blizzard/ something like that for the Patch file. And Place it directly into Ur wow Root Folder that should work.

In the other Hand maybe u download the wring Language Patch like Nous Said : )
