So I bought a wow reloading card and they dont have a matrix on the back anymore? Why is that? just curious if I ever wanted to make another account and set it up for matrix how would I do that?

On the9 interface, i've seen that they have the9 cards with matrix on it. Anyone bought this kind of card already ?

Also, when you want to sign in a new zone, there is a new choice between "CDKEY" and "Free trial": it's a "new player card trial" . Maybe that's this one.

Ok my Chinese Friend helped me out. This sends a matrix card to your e-mail.

1) https://passport.the9.com/protect/ctl_protect.php?action=get_ecard_sel_type

2) Click the first one and click the red button.

3) Check the little box and enter your e-mail.

You should reach a screen like this (I've blacked out my matrix)



4) Click the red box to accept that matrix and have it sent to your e-mail.

5) Go into your e-mail click the link below the matrix

6)On top of the matrix there will be a number, enter that in the first fill in box and then below enter the corresponding numbers from your matrix. Then click the red box and your done.

Hehe... Can't help it: You're using Chrome! Yay! I thought I was alone! (BTW Chrome sucks for Youtube vids...)

Of course, Chrome is fantastic, I like the cleaner interface, the search/web address bar is super convenient, and its fast.

Masterfade's method maybe good, but maybe not, I don't know if you all get a security card?? which could protect your account, if u only using account and password to loggin, this method is good for u, but if u use account and password and security card to loggin, it will fail...the number on our Security card have 3 digit like "785", and the old one's only have 2.
Because netease(网易, CHN servers' carrier) use a security card that have 7line 12row 3digit, different from other client, so people who using both security card and US client can't input their security number so they can't loggin to game. If this is solved, PLS tell me!~~~~~~

And BTW the new security cards got 2 OR 3 digits, but they got both, not only 3.

yes, China server's matrix card contain both 2 and 3 digits numbers.
and this have not solved right? ToT....wanna play~~

I'm also stuck with the 3 digit problem. Anyone out there have any success with getting this resolved?
