the NetEase customer service is terrible so dont bother replying to that goddamn email.
me and 6 others were banned (we were bound to the same ID), supposedly for "illegal financial transactions"
i went to the website, posted a webform, had an explanation (we are foreigners, we were stupid, shouldnt sell cards blah blah blah)
took two days for a reply, and the reply was:
please be patient we are very bust. if you dont receive anything in a few days, please resubmit the for with "i didnt receive the email."
did that.
a few days later, got an email. it just said:
please take this survey to evaluate our customer support.
I even called them and they told me absolutely nothing.
