Last time I tried to create an account on wow Taiwan, it was locked for chinese citizen, but that was during wow china blackout, might be worth trying now. You can use the Cards from Fedka to recharge your wow taiwan account, can be found at every card vendor in Shanghai at least.

Well it true but but GAPP might not power have shut down. It still up government itself not GAPP. With 2 sides have a power struggle you going see some big changes with 2. The GAPP can only send it opinon to goverment for consideration.
NetEase did get approval from China's cultural ministry to launch the game.

Basicly what i been reading about in new about GAPP today. GAPP just want warcraftchina not allow new subscribers and not charges. Go through proccess again. If netease keeps doing these then there be blackout if GAPP gets there way.

Another thing i read for warcraftchina does not need aprroval from GAPP again since was aprroved alread with the9. It only has to go there cultural ministery a 2nd time.

GAPP does the pre set up it has nothing to do when it goes live.
Since wow been live past 4 years culture minsteries takes over and GAPP has no power after it goes live.

THe application that was send to GAPP for aprroval it just save face for GAPP and not let GAPP feel let out proccess.

The cultural minsinstery call out GAPP said it action are unaccpetable. Say must apologise to netease and cultural ministery. like that will happen.

This update with war between Cultural of Ministeries and GAPP.

This what i read today, They say more likely Cultral of Ministeries will win war over GAPP. Wow will stay open. Thats is good news.

The bad news WLk we will not see anytime soon witch could spell death of warcraftchina. They took survey with this war between Cultral Of ministery and GPPA has damped hope of chinese players. Alot chinese say if wlk does not come soon. Most chinese sayed there will going shandra gaming or to twain wow servers. Alot foreigner gaming company are rethinking about coming china alot say not worth trouble to go throught to get a game into china.

Alot chinese are tired of wow expansion pack 1.

Personally i think chinese are lucky have wow in china because the do not need pay for expansion pack or pay the 14 dollar month fee.

I'd be glad to pay 14dollar and pay a month fee if it meant I'd be playing wotlk in like.... now?

I highly doubt that we will get wotlk until 2010.
