urgent: about windows live mail

Guys i need ur help
Yesterday when i open my windows live mail, instead of opening the mails, the windows live mail failed to respond to me. Then i check the entire window, i found some red cross in the place where there should be icons and buttons. Can anyone tell me what the H is going on with my windows live mail?
I'm using windows vista btw.

problem remains unsolved.
Any suggestion on browsers? i know only IE6 7 8 and Tencent TT and no more.

chrome is a browser. fast and minimal. but, TOS suck.

i think it's the server.
i can open the mails sometime, in the morning, but can't open them at other times. I think it has something to do with my little brother....u know, without a girlfriend, only get hard in the morning...
