Ok i know this has been posted many times, but I've read that if the chinese ID match fails, that i shouldn't be able to play. Well mine failed, but i can still log in and play fine, not sure what "health-lock" people are talking about either :/

Is there something I can do to fix this? I guessed an ID so i don't remember any digits or numbers anymore ><

Also I bound my boyfriends account to my battlenet, is it against the rules if he logs in from another IP at the same time as me?

There are detail posts how to submit a legit ID card to the BNET account, even its different from the one you have used for THE9 account set up! Very important it has to be a legit ID and u also use the Chinese name and Birthdate from it.

Account bounding can be done with several accounts to one BNET account. I am not sure but if i remember right from the European Eula that for family accounts they should have individual Bnet accounts created!

I dont believe anyone will complain as long as you dont login with both accounts from different PC / IP at the same time, IP will change if you would play from another location which is not forbidden.

Hi mate many people had the same follow the forum thread on how to fix you bnet and id. In short you need to make a picture of your legit id and use the suppord link to resubmit to netease normaly after 18hours you should be fine, it worked for me and all others.
