Um is the current Taiwan server set to 3.3.3? If not how might I be able to connect to the Taiwan server with the US client since it requires battle.net email instead of account name?

You just change your realmlist to Taiwan information and write your Taiwan account name. You dont have bnet in Taiwan. ATM Taiwan and USA are on the same patch lvl don't worry.
