Out of curiosity, what can I expect in regards to lag if I migrate to a TW server? In addition, how to get gamecards? Can I transfer my character (probably not)? Are there queues to get into the game?

Question after question and they are answered in the diffrent threads about Taiwan server. Lag ping is acceptable , gamecards buy them from taobao or other online store, no transfer from china to twow but in Taiwan u can transfer. Yes sometimes ques in the evening but not for me recently.
