So i've been looking through this site and others for guides to help me out. Sadly, they all seem to be a few years old and spread out.

Basically i'm a foreigner in Beijing, wanting to play on the Taiwan server. I currently have WoW and up to Wotlk installed (English version from US).

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction on steps I need to take to connect to the Taiwan server, setup an account, buy a "MyCard", etc...?

Or am I just hosed?
