Hi there! I really need help regarding my account, it was recently blocked a month ago, then i tried investigating in it but unfortunately it says that for me to retrieve my account i need to remember my 身份证( chinese social number).
Now here is where the big problem starts..... First I really dont remember that number. Secondly my chinese friend who helped me on that is long long gone and i dont have any more contact with him.
but then i heard my friend once said that we can change our account number even if we forgot the old one we just need to get a new one. is this true? if yes can someone please help me, i just need to know how to change it... thanks alot in advance

Did you bind your account to battlenet?

Important notice:
You can use any valid chinese ID card, it does NOT have to be the same one that you used when creating your account years ago. If possible from a chinese friend who is over 18yrs old. Make absolutely sure you use the same name and address mentioned on the ID card, not your own, to avoid any future problems. (You might want to keep a visible copy of the ID card for the future.)
