Healers of any class are called 治疗 (zhiliao)
Tanks (protection warriors or protection paladins) can be called MT, but I would like details on specific warrior builds (arms, fury, prot). I hope I find out some codes for different shaman and druid builds too, for example, holy paladin is NQ, protection paladin is FQ, retribution paladin is CJQ.

For warriors, there's no abbreviated difference; you're either MT or DPS . For druid it goes, ND (resto), NiaoD(Boomkin), YD (feral tank).
