just arrive TW server... which realm should i take?

Hi im new to TW server

im looking 4 a active english guild on TW server please give (guild name and realm name)
which pve pvp or raid..

also im wondering is it possible to transfer my us charater to tw server? coz i have few 80s + character on my us client

You cant transfer from US > TW.

The characters are region specific im afraid

As some people said before china for foreign guilds is the best choice right now and it's even cheaper.
