Wow China has applied a hotfix this morning :

Simply download again http://www.filefront.com/17830109/TOwowCN3.3.5.13507.rar extract it in your wow folder as usual and use the INCREMENTAL option.

Or download http://www.filefront.com/17830053/Launcher.rar and replace launcher.exe with the one in the archive.
