The 9 Conversion

I was reading through the posts on how to convert the9 account to the new accounts. The link however no longer works. Is it still possible to make this conversion? (Hate having to start all over)

That's a good question I guess not anymore since it's over a year period. Maybe you have to contact netease or ask a friendly Chinese to check on the Internet for you I didn't see anything on bnet regarding old accounts.

you forget your account?? The conversion has been working since wow operated on Netease.

Tried what I though was my old account names, isnt working. Sorry wil let you know if it suddenly works.

keich, you had the same problem than him, or you haven't tried at all. For what I've tested it seemed to work.

Is it possible since my old account used a different persons ID number that it wont let me use it?.

No. When I made my account under The9 reign, I had literally no idea what ID I used. Are your characters showing up on the armory though? Check when was its last activity, and go from there?

When I search for it in the armory it shows up but file not found when I click on it. After finding my account name I got the following response when trying to add it: "该《魔兽世界》账号已与战网通行证绑定。如果您有任何问题，请联系我们的客服部门" so I filled out the form on the website and waiting for a response.The funny thing is if I enter my old account info (not battlenet email) it acts as if it takes it then pops up with a Authenticator Code pop up and asks for my generated digital code. It is not like the matrix but a blank bar to type in. But am hoping for a response from them soon.

Dont know what happened but I was able to put in my old account, and success!!!!!!!! Thank you all for all your help! So happy I do not have to grind a new toon.
