Haha that's a funny question when there is already a huge link on the top of the page how to play in your own language
Read the thread you cannot just change a few files to do it you née to have the full client in either language or at least all localized files with the same patch lvl.

there's an addon called !Delocalizator that let you change some elements of a russian client with some english translations. You'd have to modify it manually to add translations other than english and have it run on a chinese client.

Would manually modifying this add on prove complicated to someone that knows nothing other than downloading and activating them in the log in screen?

Well yeah since the addon is for Russian wow so you'd have to modify it by yourself. By reading the title of your thread I deducted you only wanted to change the language of a few elements in-game. Now if you simply want to play in another language, like Stiich said it's what this forum is all about, look at the guides.
Thats how you do it. Most of us play with their native language client in China or Taiwan server!!!
As example i have 4 diffrent wow installation.
1. German Client to play in China (patch 3.3.5) 2. German Client to play in Taiwan or Europe (patch 4.2, just need change realmlist) 3. Chinese client (patch 3.3.5, in case we got screwed with a new evil patch ) 4. german client to play in China (patch 3.3.5, for Multiboxing purpose)

So if i want to get my game in korean I download the korean client up to the chinese patch and switch out some files?
Did I understand the guide right?
