Is it lagging just at my browser when I scroll down? Wondering if somebody else have the same problem.

Also, theres 2 background pictures at this website, one which we see right now, second one is map of wow azeroth in grey(unseen), could u remove it so it will load much faster, and probably that scrolling lag will disappear as well.

Fixed backgrounds will cause scroll lag with old browsers. I know Firefox 4 doesn't lag, Ie9 shouldn't either because those recent versions use your graphic chipset to render the pages.

Try updating your browser to the latest version or try one of these two.
