Since we'll be using the Chinese version does anyone know where we can get builds and info for the current wow that we'll be getting? It has to have the right pictures and info since I don't know if we'll be able to read that stuff at all. All I could find were the US Cata current builds and I'm not sure if it's the same.

When the wow CN armory is updated you will be able to work your builds there. right now it s not updated, still the old lv 80 talents, so you can use wowhead, since most talents should still be the sames. you can access the armory on this website, look at the banner under official links hover world of warcraft china and then you can select armory

I found a pretty good site with builds and a talent calculator but it's from 4.0.6- so I guess it will work for now. I couldn't find any for 4.1

It has the talent point break down for all specs which is nice and they've included glyphs. I don't believe it's for raiding, just leveling.
