Beijing, China (178) - Thanks for NetEase's continual update from expansion to expansion, World of Warcraft China's verion has been finally caught up with American version. Today news shows World of Warcraft China's 4.3 patch is opened for downloading. According to reliable source, CWOW's 4.3 patch will be going live two weeks behind American version.

And also according to this source, Blizzard wants CWOW update this latest patch as soon as possible, but due to the complex network condition in China, many need to be adjusted. That's may be explain "the two weeks behind" above.

I am getting more and more upset the game - every 3 months new updates means all your gear you worked so hard on is useless.

If you follow up the forums f.e.in Europe you will know that Blizzard lost already 2 Mio. Customers worldwide, that's nearly 20%. From this 2 Mio. it is said to be 800 000 is asia.

Dont know about you guys but i am a part time player with family and WORK

It's bound to happen; it's an MMO, in which progression is based on expansion. Gear replacement is what makes an MMORPG, the RPG part. Heck, it's the exact same reason why everyone runs dungeons. To get upgrades.
I know that as a customer and as a person, you are entitled to your own opinion but Blizzard takes all the crap either way. If they don't make content fast enough, players cry and curse ( i.e. WoW China ), or they make new stuff up, and the same players say the content is bad.

About your second point, Blizzard losing customers is bound to happen. It's a game that has been around for 7 years already. And 7 years later it's still the same game engine. The "2 Million" that left left because of the changes to WoW, with the coming of Cataclysm. I'm pretty sure that nobody likes change once they are settled in.

Concerning Mists of Pandaria, I'd say it's rather very interesting. Truth is, for once there's no common enemy like the Burning Legion or the Lich King. This time the enemies are themselves. If you remember the trailer for Vanilla WoW, you'd remember the narrator emphasizing the war, etc. But it never actually happened. Sure, a few orcs cut down this forest and that forest and the Night Elves weren't happy but it's not a war ; it's barely a skirmish.
And that's exactly what Mists of Pandaria is about. War. Pure conflict. Both sides have had it, both sides want the blood to flow. It totally changes the feel of the Warcraft world. Sure, you can say that in BGs you kill Alliance so it might be a 'war' . However, the conflict H-A was never really seen in-game. In my opinion, Blizzard is using MoP in order to give them more time for the next expansion: The Emerald Dream, etc.
Not only that, but if MoP turns out to be a full-fledged war, imagine how awesome PvP would be. The weekly raid would be some kind of PvP event where you need to capture a strategic point overlooking some city? Yes please!
Also, cities that actually get destroyed! Not roofs that burn... without anything actually burning down. Can't wait for MoP!

Anyways, if you're posting here, I'm pretty sure it means you like RPGs. So go for The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim. It's totally worth it, and there are a huge number of quests. In fact, Bethesda Studios said that their game engine, concerning quests acted randomly. So that means that quests aren't listed into the game, but rather they are generated randomly while you play! How awesome is that?

Cities that get destroyed is highly unlikely (but an interesting concept). I think the most it'll come to is a bigger version of halaa conquering. But if they actually make an all out war of Alliance vs Horde, blizzard will have to find a way to make an area thats purely for crossing server battle (prob another bg lol) otherwise each server on its own may have faction balancing issues. =P

Looking forward to overwhelming pandas in the next expansion...and monks! (if you've played League of Legends, the playstyle sounds quite similar to Lee Sin heh)

Telling you the biggest part of the 2mio was from mainland china, for the very reason you stated. Updates every 3 months. Think about, when we got 4.1 the rest of the world got firelands, and they did the same for wotlk where we skipped a lot of content.

But now it will be ok, we catched up on the rest so you can count on expansions to last longer. And yeah they almost managed to make us regret the 2 years long tbc.

So do we have anywhere to DL english version from yet? or chinese for that matter so that we can have it ready to go? (not to copy over my good files, just to update my back ups. CUT AND PASTE!)

i am guessing it will stream now? so if we set our US versions to the US it will stream to 4.3? mirroro sites dont have US versions available yet that i see.

You can already update to the foreign client 4.3, just use the latests files in the guide.
