Its most definitely that the ID that you have submitted to register in battlenet is rejected, most probably because its foreign ID or below 18yo.

I would suggest that you ask a trusted local chinese friend to borrow you his/her chinese ID or 身份证(must be 18yo above).
Then use that to change the ID in you Bnet account! Just log-in your Bnet and you can change it there!

Don't use the ID's that you google in the internet, as once you get hacked there is no way you can recover your account.

okay ,this is definitely another victim of anti-addicted system

either ur register ID number is random or your are under 18

but both symptom are same:
when you play more than 3 hours in the day .you will get half loot/exp or everything

when you play more than 5 hours ,you get none


in ur case , i think you have to make a call to netease customer service and in the meantime ,you need provide an True ID which is at least above 18
