Is it possible to create a lvl1 char just for the purpose of disenchanting your gear ?

I remember that you need a enchanting skill level to disenchant now, but do you need a minimum class level to get enchanting to lvl 450 ?

Level 5 for cap 75
Level 10 for cap 150
Level 20 for cap 225
Level 35 for cap 300
Level 50 for cap 375
Level 60/65 for cap 450 (depends on profession)

375 is lv50 or 55?

I just thought about it and created a DK. They start at lvl55 and can be used as mule / disenchenters
