I have a quick question about CWoW and TWoW, Which is a better choice if I like to play by minutes instead of monthly .

Hey Koollegend2, I'm not sure about the cost for playing in TWoW, you can check on the official TWoW website for details http://tw.battle.net/zh/. If you're currently living in mainland China, I suggest you to play CWoW, cuz you'll get lower latency (depends on the location where you live and your ISP) and better game experience.
