I was levelling a char to raid , then again continued to play on eu since there wasnt much activity on chinese servers (foreign community i mean)

I was wondering if any active guild still avaible? i want to level a char for WoD mostly, im 2.5k exped arena player and raiding since vanilla.

Alterac horde side is best place at moment still not many, I play alliance on kultiras but play both servers,
