Those are designed especially for aussie time (GMT+11) and located on US west cost.

- It works and the ping is less than 400

I have a 60 on Frostmourne. The ping is NOT consistent, sometimes you may get good PING but generally it will be like (or was when I played) 700-800, and on bad days or high traffic times (internet not just their servers) up over 1000.

i'm willing to try to see if it is better now

Hum... just tell me if I'm wrong, but the US payment system is like the EU system, isn't it? You have to pay every month something like 100Rmb to be able to play... to play the BC version ... with a char lvl1 ...

Order the game online.

Panda is right it's monthly payment so even if you're not there playing much you pay the bones. For hardcore players it's better that way of course.

Oh I'd like to add some very important things about playing overseas, that you may or may not have overlooked which make gameplay also Suck Ass:

If you plan on joining a real guild, plan on playing overnight. Timezone means you're going to be expected to start raids at 5 or 6am for EST guilds 8-9am for PST guilds. If you have a job in China, Good Luck.

If you want to find groups, being that the servers aren't so crowded, have fun finding groups with anything other than tired grinders or gold farmers. Everyone's sleeping my man, everyone's sleeping. Enjoy.

The whole reason this game is addicting..is the social aspect. There are probably more OZ's now, but keep in mind - of the "few" guilds that are on one of those servers, to get into it, you can't just rock up to level 60, be a good player, and join - there are server politics involved, and starting at the bottom anywhere that is well established sucks. That's why I server hopped and have 5 60s, on 5 servers, in USA realms: Blackrock (rog), Frostmourne (pal), Daggerspine (hunter), Medivh (druid), and a priest..I can't even remember at this moment where.

If you do have OZ friends in a killer guild it may be an option though BTW the only reason I started a character on AoDeLanKe is because I was told there is hardcore gamers here and it would be a good place to start anew for an expat in CN, now I'm seeing like..not many online at all as you know and it's starting to feel like it will likely be another Bounce to 60 Others bounce somewhere else Quit the server and go somewhere new to try again type experience~

I remember helping you in like 3 or 4 FBs in less than 2 weeks... I also always shout to people so they will come to FB and also help...

But it seems that it was not such a good idea seeing how you feel about our server...

i understand, i hate playing when there arent many other people online. gets a bit lonely

but i think everyone is just waiting for TBC..seems so pointless running any instances or going on gold raids because all the gear is going to be replaced.
The battlegrounds grind gets so repeatitive as well, and horde is god damn useless at winning. (and even when you get your honour points there's no point spending them untill 70 anyway)

My suggestion, just grind to 60 then wait for TBC, im sure you will have plenty of people playing their lvl 60's once it comes out, and will be a bunch of people to talk/play with.

actually. . . ive been playing frostmourne and 90%of the players are aussies so its only 1-2hour time difference. all should play on frostmoure OR ELSE!!!! =D

Does anyone know any tips to get a much faster connection to the us or eu servers it would be really nice. I have tried a bunch of things but can't seem to find anything good. I'm pretty bad with computers so if someone has a clue what to do could you please help me.
