realmlist.wtf has been removed in the Mists of Pandaria game client. Instead you should check for the
Config.wtf file located in the

Now, the twist is that I have no idea how to modify that file for you to be able to play in English on CN Beta.
The only option for me is to modify the
SET locale "enGB" line (which in your case I believe would be
"zhCN").
