ok so i got all this up and running and stuff, but all the guilds are so far into it that they just don't have time for noobs and doin' anything that's not for 2200+ (whatever that is), or alts super-powerleveling...

so um is their any guilds out there for people just starting to get the hang of the game, and would actually like to do some of the earlier instances or low level BG's and stuff... it's kinda boring figuring out the game and getting my skills up all alone (so it seems).

The endgame looks really really cool, but I'd like to see some of the start of the game too... is there enough people to start one? I'd actually like to get some decent drops for non-level 70's and hope to get somewhere where i can enjoy WOTLK without being elitist...

eh, i understand u concern, was like that also, and its bloody lonely and hard to enjoy the game sometimes.

my advise - join guild where the most people. Overall people "noob alergic' but there are people also who helps a lot. Not all the time, cause they want to enjoy game also, but when they free they will help you with pleasure.

For example: personally i love running lvl 30-50 instances with low level people. but before and after instances is pain, so usually i avoid it. But other people will help you.

Anyways, come and try out in SH1, I help you in u 30-50's. PMif you want cause my ingame name is different

Ahhh thanks, for your help peoples, and finding me... makes the game MUCH more interesting, and it really helps me explore the world, which is still mostly new to me.

I really did hit the lvl 30 wall... It was kinda sad watching people join the giuld and fly by me, been watching people get 5 levels to my 1.

I'm not the kinda guy who will yell out, HEY you come and ___ me. I don't even know what help is availible. But I do appreciate random suggestions and comments, so if your bored and feeling charitable, try to think back to [insert level here] and tell me something I should be doing or how to do something really obvious that i should be doing by now, but am not because i just don't know!

You should never have problem with finding people to go along with you in any random FB; i give you my trick which never failed me before reaching lvl 58 (which level people massively emigrate to the Outlands):

1/ you perform a /who with appropriate level (and class if you want); Ex: /who 牧师 30-35
2/you type an invitation that you copy (remember you can use CTRL+C and CTRL+V ingame); Ex: 好啊，马上要下雪色了，有兴趣吗？我们4个人了。
3/you spam your invitation!! right click on every name of the result and paste your invitation.



Advantages of the method:
*you clearly reach all the possibly interrested players of the server and only them (you reach them no wonder their location on the map, sometimes they replies they actually inside the target instance)
*It's the fastest way; this way is so quick that you should have sent at least 5 or 6 invitations before getting the feedback of the fastest typing players. Until Maraudon, you are garanteed to have a team within a few mins.

if you do not get enough, enlarge your criterias: you search for higher and lower level (higher lvl may sometimes be interested and lower level can still do the job as healer), you search for other classes that can perform the job (paladin as tank, drood as healer, etc...)
Before lvl 58-60, you dont really need any specific class, i saw shamans tanking in the monastery and feral drood healing in Maraudon (although a real tank and a healer is the very safe core of any group of course)

This method never failed me in France nor in China. After a few runs you will notice some people always have the same level as yours and join your party, you make friends and it becomes even easier to setup a party.

if its about the chinese characters, i understand that can be the only drawback of the method. Dont hesitate to ask on forum about it;

here are a few tips to get started:
好啊，马上要下[dungeon name]，有兴趣吗？
hao a，ma shang yao xia[...]，you xing qu ma？
hello，we are about to go to [...]，are you interested？

for the dungeon name, please refer to the online lexicon on this site or the dedicated website created by Glob.

if you want to attract them, you can already mention there is already three or four people on your team, and that your are beginning as soon as the last will join:
我们4个人了
wo men 4 ge ren le
we are already 4

you can also mention that you can teleport the guy (if it is the case) to attract people even more.
可以拉你
ke yi la ni
we can teleport


Note that the only trick is some of low level instances are winged (for scarlet monastery, cathedral=教堂, library=图书馆，etc..) and people will probably ask you about that. As a beginning, just remember 前门 (front door) and 后门 (backdoor) that will helps you for Strat or Uldaman.
Note that Dire Maul is winged and has 3 parts: 西部(DM west)，北部(DM north)，东部(DM east) and that DM east has a front door and a backdoor (although technically it has 2 front doors).


if you are not used with the chinese characters, i believe a simple txt file will do the job once for all, that will save you time ingame.
