I've recently moved here and want to purchase a max-level horde druid on a PVP server in 1st district Shanghai. The best I've seen online all require pretty fluent Chinese to purchase which I'm hopeless at.

Suggest you start your own account on given section, and have the character transferred - as opposed to buy an existing account....that way your account can't be 'stolen back' later. Also, if cost is reasonable, suggest trying to meet whoever in real life and do the money<>char transfer at a cafe or something so you know you don't get ripped off.

I didn't realise they allowed character transfers between accounts. You're right, that'd be much better!

If I can't find the right char through taobao - no one's got a male horde druid on 1st district they'd want to part with do they?

Transfer is also not limited to a section, the receiving account only needs to be activated on that section. So all you really need is a horde druid, on any section, of level 70. The difference is if you cross-section cross-account I believe the cost is a little more, 90rmb (3 cards) rather than 60 (2 cards).
