I have been trying to add time to my account for over 3 hours and every single time I try to add time from the website it redirects me to https://signup.wowtaiwan.com.tw/09Accountmgmt/ManageAccount/CardUpdateData.asp where it asks me to write my address and every time I do it, it tells me that the change was successful and sends me an email but then logs me off and when I try again it redirects me to the exact same page and asks me for the exact same information. Using the MyCard website doesn't works because I use 3 months WoW cards and not generic MyCard cards. Can anyone help me? I have tried to add money on 5 different accounts and it always redirects me to the exact same page no matter how many times I input my details. Here is the message I am getting every single time even though I have many confirmation emails telling me that I changed the info:

I tried using a generic point card on MyCard and it gives me an error after I input what account I want to add the time to. It does this on all my 5 accounts.

You might be buying some other cards then the MyCard things. I know I am!
Try this out: When you arrive here:
chose the second (first - The one that isn't blue) and try typing the pass.

Nevermind I found out what the problem was: I was trying to do it during a server maintenance. All of my cards currently work fine.
