A Blizzard-Netease announcement said that the CWLK will be launched on 31st this month.
Today the first CWLK DK is created, due to a bug, and a first 71. The bug was fixed later today and now everything is normal. WTF

Hopefully the date is right. I will be back on the 3rd of October and still have to download the 7g patch. Tried it here in Germany but the connection totally sucks : (
