Ok, Blizzard announced that Arena Season 9 will start on December 14th. Before they told, that new Arena season will start after 1 week from Cata release. So It's safe to say that Cata will be released on December 7th.
Here is blue blizzard post saying Arena 9 will start 1 week after Cata release. Now in-game season 8 ended and Arena Masters tell you to GTFO till Season 9, that will start on December 14th.
