Trying to get my toons off of an old server into Bronzebeard but i can't seem to get it to work. I get to the page where it lets me select which toon to transfer and when i click on it, it says "错误： 您的收件箱中有邮件。
您的收件箱中有邮件" Which means "Error: Your e-mail inbox.
Your e-mail inbox" (compliments of google translate) I checked my inbox and no message, checked again a few hours later and still ... no message.

I tried clicking on my toons in Bronzebeard to see if it'd work, and it did. Just the toons from the other server won't.

The toons i want to move are from a Normal realm if that's the problem? Maybe you can't move Normal realm toons?

Uru: The email i told you i got was actually from last year about some guy I reported for spamming or something and Blizzard told me that he got frozen. Not me. Google translate can be a bit tricky at times.

You are sure you have enough money charged on your bnet account to do the transfer , not on your char account it must be charged on bnet! Your error looks similar to mine when I played with it but had no money at all on the account.

Well, you were right about having money in the wrong place. So I just put 60RMB on the Battlenet account and tried again but it still isn't working... same error 错误： 您的收件箱中有邮件。

Alright, got it figured out. Seemed the problem was the 5th Wow Anniversary pet that was mailed to everybody was in my inbox(google translated it as "email inbox"...) All AH items/inbox mail must be cleared. Unfortunately my latency on that server became insanely high after The9 - Netease switchover, 5000+ ms in Stormwind. Took about half an hour of camping the mailbox and disconnects to finally get that little bugger outta there! All is good now though. Just hope the transfer goes well.

Yeah. Just to note once again ( I thought you understood it the 1st Crom ), there's a clear difference between game time money & the actual money you have on your battlenet account!. The latter being money you add to the battlenet account. NOT ONTO YOUR WoW ACCOUNT TO PLAY.

Actually it's not that clear especially being a Chinese illiterate. If I didn't take a closer look at the guide I would never have figured it out. Everything else was pretty straight forward though.

But the big problem here was having mail in the inbox.

Heya guys, just wanna check something. If i bring over my druid does it just give me the option to faction change when i go and do the realm change thing on Bnet? Or...do i have to do something on my Bnet acc first?

Faction change and realm change are different.
Realm change costs 60 Rmb.---> realm change
Faction changes costs 120 Rmb. ---> faction / gender change
These services are independant.
