Need to take a bit of a break from Moogoth and wow for a bit so I'm going to give Balder's gate a try.

The baldurs serie is really awesome. Tho you must absolutely start with the 1 or you'll miss all the epicness of the number 2.

If you like those kind of games I would also recommend you Planescape Torment which I found even better than baldur. You have to use some high-res mod found on the net tho.
