Here are some options which worked for me.

1.WTFast - Similar as a VPN reduce my ping over 50% in most games
2.27Net/Netpass - Its a VPN service helped me before i switched to WTFast
3.Leatrix Latency Fix - Changes your Windows Registry , never worked for me actually made it worth

Examples from my testing:
Rift EU:
Original ping- 650ms to 2500ms a lot of DC
WTFast Ping- 250ms to 450ms no DC

WoW EU:
Original ping- 350ms to 2500ms a lot of DC
WTFast Ping- 150ms to 350ms no DC

WoW TW:
Original ping- 350ms to 500ms a lot of DC
WTFast Ping- 100ms to 250ms no DC

WoW China:
Original ping- 50ms to 400ms (could vary a lot in Raids or BG)
WTFast Ping- 50ms to 90ms


The ping has improved so much that i can even raid in Rift and WoW again on my original EU accounts!!!

Just tryed no Problem for me, propably its because of its cookie setting. I use IE9 and Safari both work.

Are you also with China telecom? I was wondering if it wasn't them blocking it. I got white pages with a lot of sites usually. Particularly proxies ^^

Update, played with the trial and immediately purchased a month subsciption:

Before: 600+/1350
After: 340/400

That's without further tweaking, but I did change the port to 10810 (or something like that). Thanks again for the tip!!!

For US/EU I found High Ping Buster to be pretty amazing. On SWTOR/WoW I was getting 170~ to US west servers on my crappy 4mb/s China turdcom

A quick comment if anyone has Great Wall internet (长城).
They give you a FREE program that will drastically improve your ping, much better than any of the basic gaming ip helpers.

This is the one I have for my city, there should be one for your's too.

However this wont change anything for internaitonal access, and its pretty slow looking at foriegn pages.

Just a note for those users who like me didnt see much improvement with great wall & an ip gaming service.
