So, with Reapers of Souls out, I would like to get back to Diablo 3 and see if it has become better than it originally was (I bought it on release)... but I have no idea how to start.

How do I register an account to play Diablo? (Since it doesn't show up on the Battle.net APP)
Where do I download an English version of it?
What about the subscription? Is it like WoW? Is it free?

I would like to play on the chinese servers... because lag and stuff... but with the English client.

Answers please!
